Step away from the noise and into a space designed for bodily awareness and sensory connection.
The Treat is a four-day aroma-based yoga retreat for those seeking a break from the hustle and bustle, a chance to reconnect with oneself, and a space to feel deeply nourished in a beautiful, serene environment. Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Lofoten Islands, we gather around nourishing food and soak in wild nature.
At The Treat, we move between states—between sweat and surrender, stimulation and stillness, flow and rest. Through a careful curation of embodied practices, we explore scent as a portal to presence, combining yoga flows, relaxation and deep rest practices, workshops, meditation, journaling and reflection sessions.
What to expect:
- Scent rituals woven into activation, breath and stillness.
- Sunrise Yoga sessions to awaken and energize your body, followed by relaxation practices and deep rest.
- A Feel Good Workshop, sauna sessions and active flows combining movement, reflective awareness and the magic of aroma.
- Nourishing meals carefully crafted to support your well-being.
- A unique space for reflection, connection, and nature, tucked between mountains and sea.
Each experience is layered with scent and intention. designed to calm your senses and ground your mind.
The Setting:
Hosted by Lyngværstua, a house from the 18th century, tucked between mountains and sea. You’ll breathe in crisp air, warm up in the sauna, and move with the pulse of nature. This is a space to reconnect—to your body, to your senses, and to your inner resources.
